There are 3 ways you can notify us of your claim;
- During normal office hours you can call us on 01772 204707
- Out of office hours, you can download the relevant claim form below and email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our claims team will pick this up first thing the following day.
- In the case of an emergency out of office hours check your policy as your insurer may have a 24 hour helpline.
